Your WORK ETHIC speaks volumes about who you really are! Don't be the person that sits back and waits for things to happen or the person that calls someone else to do the the task, when you see a job or task that needs to be done do it. Waiting on someone else or calling someone else to do it waste time and energy that could have been used in other places. As an administrator there should be no task that is beneath you. You should be on the front line helping in all areas not just the ones on your so called duty list. Leading by example you earn/gain your employees trust and respect. When they see you doing they are more willing to do. Don't be afraid to show others up by working hard at what you do. If you start slacking to not hurt other feelings or constantly thinking I should do this but don't need to because my coworkers will talk about me not staying in my lane, it is ok to still do the work. Don't let others bring your work ethic down to there level. Work so that you bring their's to your level. Just be who you are and complete all task that need to be complete in the best interest of the school and students. Like Nike says Just Do It!!
